A bowl of fresh guacamole is a welcome addition to almost any get together. Lee Bell, Attune Health’s board-certified holistic nutritionist, makes guac even better with this autoimmune friendly recipe.

Bell recommends serving the guacamole with grain-free, gluten-free chips.

Autoimmune Friendly Guacamole

 

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste

 

Assembly

  1. Mash ripe avocado
  2. Add garlic and onion powder
  3. Add fresh lime juice and cilantro
  4. Mix, add salt to taste
  5. Serve with gluten-free, grain free chips.
