Last Call for Summer! Fresh Strawberry Ice Pops

With back-to-school supplies overtaking store shelves and Halloween decorations popping up alongside them, you may be clinging to these last few weeks of summer like a life raft.

But there’s still life left in these warm days! Take the time to treat the kids — and yourself — to a sweet, icy cold dessert that’s not only delicious, but good for you.

Our board-certified holistic nutritionist Lee Bell is a mom as well as a health food maven. Understanding the desire for sweets and the need for healthy eating, she created these refreshing strawberry ice pops that are dairy free, low calorie and high in antioxidants.

Bonus tip! If you use unsweetened almond milk yogurt, the ice pops have no added sugar.
