Sip on This: Anti-Inflammatory Golden Milk Latté

Boost your morning wake-up with this golden milk latté from Attune Health’s board-certified, holistic nutritionist Lee Bell. It can be served hot or chilled, and the ginger and turmeric that flavor this latté are powerful anti-inflammatories.

Golden Milk Latté

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon peeled, grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon peeled, grated fresh turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon

 

Assembly

  1. Add ingredients to small saucepan.  Stir.
  2. Cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes.  Strain.
  3. Enjoy! Can also be enjoyed chilled over ice.
