“Nothing says love more than an addictive dessert that protects your heart health,” said Attune Health’s board-certified, holistic nutritionist Lee Bell.

Coconut Cream Berries

  • 1 serving coconut milk yogurt (Tip! Lee Bell says CocoYo or Coyo brand are “heavenly.”)
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon Stanton Farms concentrated cherry juice


  1. Place coconut yogurt in decorative dish.  
  2. Add berries.  
  3. Top with cherry juice.
